If you have problems opening links from this website in a new browser window, use the steps below to disable your pop-up blocker in your particular web browser:

Internet Explorer

  1. Click Tools menu
    • Press Alt-T if you don't see a menu
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click Privacy tab
  4. Under Pop-up Blocker, UnCheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker
  5. Click OK

Google Chrome

  1. At the top right, click on the WRENCH or three vertical dots (More)
  2. Click on SETTINGS
  3. Scroll to PRIVACY, Click on Content Settings
  4. Scroll to POP-UPS
  5. Check Allow All Sites to show Pop-Ups
  6. Click OK


  1. Select Tools from the Mozilla Firefox taskbar
  2. Select Options from the drop-down menu
  3. Select Content from the Options dialog box
  4. To disable all pop-ups, uncheck the Block pop-up windows radio button
  5. Select Close


  1. Click Safari in the menu bar
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. In the Web Content selection, uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows

To Open PDFs in Chrome

You can normally open PDFs automatically in Chrome by clicking on the file you want to see. If your PDFs are downloading instead of opening automatically in Chrome, Chrome PDF viewer could be turned off.

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click on the WRENCH or three vertical dots (More) and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under 'Privacy and security,' click Content settings.
  5. Near the bottom, click PDF documents.
  6. Turn off Open PDFs using a different application.
Chrome will now open PDFs automatically when you click them.
